We took the plunge into the deepest water of our lives: we participated in the organization of the FINA World Aquatics Championships. We had about two and a half months to prepare for the giga event. We were tasked with communication and event planning on behalf of the Lounge Group.

We were responsible for the decoration of the routes at all seven locations of the event, the operation of several facilities, the continuous feeding of approximately seven thousand people, the production of all props related to the entire event, the organization of the fan zone and the numerous accompanying events, including the FINA annual congress and gala dinner.

We enjoyed every moment of the enormous challenge, our team delivered a gold medal performance. Almost all of our colleagues participated in this experience, and the team was also expanded with quite a few external members to complete the project.
